The objective and primary purpose of the CVRSL shall be the education, instruction, and training of all individuals, 18 years and younger for the purpose of developing and improving their capabilities in the sport of swimming.

We exist as a summer league to facilitate the scheduling and running of swim meets during the summer, in the Central San Joaquin Valley of California.  We have teams from Tollhouse to Porterville and from Coalinga to Woodlake.
